Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

At Kleif AI, we strive to provide excellent service. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellation or refund requests.

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
  • You retain full access until the end of your paid period

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Refund requests for annual plans are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Prorated refunds may be issued minus any discounts received

2. Setup Fees

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers:

  • Account configuration and onboarding
  • Initial AI agent setup and training
  • Integration assistance

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service Unavailability: Extended outages exceeding 48 hours not caused by scheduled maintenance
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental multiple billing for the same service
  • Technical Issues: Platform bugs that prevent core functionality and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after subscription purchase
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Third-party service issues (AI provider outages, etc.)
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Exceeding usage limits on your plan

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@kleif.ai with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Provide a clear explanation of your refund reason
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to all services and data
  • Additional fees if the chargeback is found to be invalid
